Simple handy design, The E-Z Gutter. Push the tab back allow the blade to slide forward and click into the locking position. Stick the point of the blade into the skin of the animal and with one cut, open the body cavity and remove the guts. When done gutting, push the tab out the way and slide the blade all the way back into its locked in safe position.
This design uses hooked trimming blades. You get two uses out of one blade and spares are available.
